Parmesan Vegetable Bake

Ingredients
1 Potato1 Tomato1 Small Zucchini1 Envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets Onion SOup Mix1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese1 Tbsp. Butter
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 2 qt. caserole dish with Pam. Combine soup mix and grated cheese and set aside. Slice Potato into 1/4" slices and line bottom of dish. Sprinkle 1/3 of soup & cheese mixture over potatoes. Slice zucchini diagonally into 1/4" slices and layer over potatoes. Sprinkle with 1/2 of remaining soup & cheese mixture. Slice tomato into 1/4" slices and layer over zucchini. Sprinkle with remaining soup & cheese mixture. Dot top with butter. Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes. Remove foil and continue to bake for 10 more minutes. Serves 4.
