Ingredients
1 lbs Ground Turkey1 Cup Corn1 Can Diced Tomatoes2 Boil-in-Bag rice4 oz Green Chilis1/4 cup diced scallions1 Tbsp Chili Powder1 Cup 2% Mexican Blend Cheese
Directions
Make rice and set aside.
Brown turkey and add scallions until translucent. Add all remaining ingredients until warm.
