Crustless Ham, Cheese & Broc Quiche

6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream 1 cup, diced Ham, extra lean, (5% fat) .5 small Onions, raw 2 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh 1 tbsp Butter, salted .5 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
Preheat oven to 375.
Melt butter in skillet, med heat. Use cast iron & do all cooking steps in one pan.
Add onion, then add ham when onion nearly done.
At the same time, cook broccoli & 2 tbsp water in microwave 2 min. Drain then add to pan w/onions & ham.
Whisk eggs & heavy cream in small bowl.
Sprinkle cheese over ham & veggies then pour egg mixture over the top. Add S&P to taste and place in oven.
Bake 30-35 min, till no longer shakes in middle. Remove and allow to cool slightly before slicing.
Original recipe was 8 servings but I found it wasn't enough to altered it to 4 servings.
