Ingredients
5 serving Heinz, One Carb Reduced Sugar Tomato Ketchup, 1 Tbsp 24 oz Ground beef, lean 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 8 serving Pork Rinds(Pork Skins)(1/2 oz) .5 small Onions, raw 1 tsp Soy Sauce .5 tsp Garlic Minced (1tsp) -Derlea (by TKNARR)
Directions
Preheat oven to 400. Grease 9x5 loaf pan. In large bowl, combine all ingredients, including 1 tbsp Italian seasoning and mix well. Press lightly into pan and drizzle remaining ketchup over top. Cover with foil and bake 50-60 min. Serve warm.
