6 c. freshly gound whole wheat3 tsp. yeast2 tsp. sea salt3 Tbl. coconut oil2/3 c. honey2 1/4 c. water 110 degreesput together in bread maker and set per cooking instructions.
Directions
Put in bread maker, set on whole wheat, medium crust, 3 hr 40 min.
