Ingredients
3.0 cup dry Oatmeal (plain)4.0 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla4.0 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened2.0 cup Granulated Sugar1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract0.5 cup Butter, salted0.5 cup Peanut Butter, smooth style, with salt
Directions
Melt butter, add milk, sugar and cocoa. Stir until boiling. Boil hard for 2 minutes. Quickly add peanut butter, vanilla and oatmeal. Mix. Drop onto prepared wax paper. Let cool. Eat and enjoy.
