1 stick Butter, salted 1 serving Lilly's Premium baking chocolate bar 4 oz 3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 3 serving Just Like Sugar 1/4 C 4 serving Anthony's unblanched almond flour 1/4 C 9 serving Rapunzel organic cocoa powder 1 Tbsp net carb .5 tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp Cream Of Tartar 8 serving Lilly's dark chocolate chips (Sugar Free) 60 chips 2 tbsp Butter, salted 4 tbsp Organic Valley Heavy Whipping Cream .5 cup, chopped Walnuts
Preheat oven to 350
line an 8x8 pan with parchment, leave extra paper above pan
In bowl break chocolate bar into pieces, add cut up butter, microwave 30 seconds, stir well, mw 15 addl seconds if needed stir until smooth
Place cream in small sauce pan and heat to simmerm over chocolate and butter stir thoroughly until all ingredients are smooth and glossy, let it sit to cool and thicken slightly
Place eggs, vanilla and sweetener in bowl, mix to combine (hand beater, stand mixer or by hand)
Beat in chocolate mixture
Add dry ingredients and mix to combine
Hand stir in chopped walnut
spread into prepared baking pan, bake for 15 minutes, remove and cool thoroughly (1-2 hours before frosting)
Remove from pan using extended parchment paper
FROSTING
Heat cream in saucepan to simmer
Put chocolate chips and butter pieces in bowl
Pour hot cream over chips/butter and let sit 2 minutes
stir to combine until smooth and glossy
Spread over cooled browines
Refrigerate to solidify frosting
Cut into 16 pieces
