Gluten Free Pizza Casserole

4 oz Cream Cheese 4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .33 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream .25 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated .5 tsp Garlic Minced (by MASHELDON) .5 tsp Oregano, ground 8 oz Asiago Cheese 2 cup, shredded Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk 0.5 cup Contadina Pizza Sauce
Preheat oven to 350, grease 13x9 baking pan. In food processor or
electric mixer, combine cream cheese & eggs till smooth. Add cream. 1/4 c Parm, garlic & oregano. Blend till all well combined. Sprinkle 1 c Asiago (or Parm or Romano) & 1 c mozz in the bottom of the pan. Pour egg mixture over cheese. Bake 30 min then remove. Spread with pizza sauce, Add pizza toppings if desired. Broil until top brown & bubbly. Let sit a few minutes before slicing.
