Ingredients
1 cup, diced Ham, extra lean, (5% fat) 3 oz chorizo sausage 1.75 cup Chick Peas 21 grams Red Potato 4 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 3.05 clove Garlic
Directions
Chop up chorizo sausage. Cook in soup pot until slightly browned. Add onion and cook until tender. Add garlic, cook a few seconds. Add broth, then potatoes. Cook all together 45 minutes. Serving Size: Makes approximately 5 servings
