Another Easy Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
1.5 cup Signature Select Potatoes O'Brien with onions and peppers, thawed2 cup Aldi Goldenhen Liquid1/3 cup Lidl Lowfat Cottage Cheese 1% 1 cup Lidl Sharp Cheddar Cheese Reduced Fat
Directions
Pre heat oven to 350. Spray casserole dish with cooking spray.
Pour thawed potatoes into the dish.

In medium size bowl, whisk together liquid eggs with cottage cheese, salt, pepper and garlic. Pour egg mixture over the potatoes, then evenly sprinkle the cheese.

Bake uncovered 30 to 35 minutes or until center is set.
