Chocolate coconut mug muffin

Ingredients
1 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened 2 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour (by BABYHUNT) .50 tsp Baking Powder 1 large Egg white, fresh 1 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 serving Ghirardelli Chocolate 60& Bittersweet Chocolate Chips (16 chips 1.5 grams)
Directions
Melt chocolate chips in microwave for 30 seconds in cup sprayed with Pam. Stir till smooth, then add oil, vanilla and egg.
In a small bowl combine coconut flour, baking powder and cocoa powder. Stir it then add liquid in cup. Stir it till blended then put in microwave and cook for a minute testing if it is done. If not cook for 10 seconds more. Don't overcook it will be dry. Let set in cup fir 5 minutes then carefully put it on a plate and enjoy.
