Ham Steak and Glazed Apples

Ingredients
3 tbsp. butter or substitute1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar2 tbsp. dijon mustard2 c. cored, sliced, 1/8" tart apples2 Ham Steaks
Directions
In a large skillet, melt butter until sizzling; stir in brown sugar and mustard. Add apples to skillet mixture. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until apples are tender (5 to 7 minutes). Place ham steaks in skillet and place apples on top of them. Cover. Continue to cook over medium heat until ham steak is heated trough (5 to 7 minutes).

    I have to admit, I was scared to death when I fixed this. I had all the ingrediants and it seemed doable, so I gave it a shot. I put a small portion on my sons plate, afraid he wouln't like it. He went back for 3rds! - 3/10/12
