Baked stuffed acorn squash

Ingredients
4.0 oz Cheddar Cheese0.25 cup Sour Cream1.0 tsp Fennel seed1.0 tsp Oregano, ground1.0 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne0.5 tsp Turmeric, ground0.33 tbsp Basil2.0 clove Garlic1.0 small Onions, raw2.0 squash (4 inch dia) Squash, winter, acorn, raw2.0 oz (20 halves) Pecans1.0 fl oz White Wine16.0 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean1.0 cup Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup (98% fat free)1.0 fl. oz Sherry, dry2.0 cup green giant cauliflower rice
Directions
Cut acorn squash on half. Place face down on baking sheet. Cook for 45 minutes. Brown turkey with onions and garlic in a skillet. Add cauliflower rice cook a few minutes. Add spices. Add wines. Add cream of chicken and sourcream. Place mixture in each squash half and top with pecans and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serving Size: 8 quarters
