Shrimp Stir Fried Rice

Ingredients
4 cups cooked rice (white or brown)2 tabl. oil12 ounces raw shrimp1/2 cup Salsa (I use Sam's Choice white corn and black bean salsa)1/4 cup sundried tomatoesSalt, pepper, garlic salt, Taco SeasoningsWorstecheshire sauce-2 Tabl.Shrimp and Crab boil--1 or 2 tsp. (very spicy)1 small onion chopped
Directions
Pour oil in large saute pan and when heated, cook chopped onions until clear. Add tomatoes. Stir in 4 cups cooked rice, stirring often to mix thoroughly. Add salsa, shrimp boil, worstecheshire and seasonings, mixing thoroughly.
Add shrimp and cover, cooking on low until shrimp turn pink (about 5 minutes.)
Taste and add more seasoning if needed.
Serves six.
