Asian Ramen Cabbage Salad

Ingredients
1 bag of shredded cabbage1/4 cup slivered almonds1/4 to 1/3 cup sunflower nuts1/2 cup chopped onions or green onions1 cup vinegar3/4 cup sugar2 T Soy Sauce1/4 cup Olive Oil1/2 cup Canola oilRamen Noodles, one package broken up
Directions
Toast almonds, seeds, and ramen noodles in small amount of butter or olive oil. Set aside. Mix cabbage and chopped onion in large bowl. Stir or blend together olive oil, canola oil, sugar, vinegar and soy sauce. When ready to serve mix all ingredients together and enjoy.

Note** The noodles will get mushy so plan on eating it all or only mix what you are going to eat.
