1 serving Smoke House BBQ Grilled Chicken Salad (by Shawfan) 0.2 oz onions, raw, purple/red (1 slice) 1 large Hard Boiled Egg 3 cup Spinach, fresh .13 cup, strips or slices Carrots, raw 0.05 cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins) .25 oz Feta Cheese 1 serving Honey Mustard Dressing, Kraft (by 77MISSYJO)
Add Spinach, chopped onion, chopped egg, sliced carrots, craisins, feta cheese (or desired cheese) to plate or large bowl.
Preferably use low sodium chicken. Cut into bite-size pieces, grill as desired, serve over salad fixings.
