Brushetta Topping

Ingredients
2 clove Garlic 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average 3 tbsp Basil
Directions
Thinly slice garlic cloves, add to pan with olive oil and heat on medium until cloves are slightly toasted brown. remove from heat and cool.
Dice tomatoes, bunch up basil and slice thin shreds from the bunch. Mix tomatoes, basil and cooled garlic oil together. Let marinate for 1 hour.
Serve on grilled chicken, toasted bread, etc.
