160 gram Homemade Yogurt (plain, nonfat) (by KRHEMMER) 1 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk) 1 cup Berries, frozen (Raspberries, Blackberries & Blueberries) 1 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until mixed.
