Almond Cookies ( gluten free)

Ingredients
3 tbsp Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters) 0.33 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour (1/4 cup is 28g) 12 serving Stevia in the Raw 1 tsp Almond Extract - this extract has no nutrional value used for flavor only (by IAMRUTHANN) 4 tbsp Almonds - sliced
Directions
Put sliced almonds in a flat dish. Combine in a bowl all dry ingredients and mix well. Lightly beat egg whites and almond extract then add to dry mixture. Mix until all combined. Mixture will be thick. Makes small balls (1 1/2”) and roll in sliced almonds. Place on a greased cookie sheet and press down to make flat cookies ( 1/2. Bake 3*0 F for 1 minutes until lightly brown.
