Ingredients
1 lb of pollack( or a fillet of your choice) 4oz personpam olive oil sprayolive oil(2tbs) .5 per piece of fish1/4 cup of bread crumbs to dip pieces in.
Directions
Spray pan completely with pam.brush each piece of fish with .5 of olive oil then dip in bread crumbs bake at 425 turn after 15 min.
