Tom's apple cake with brown sugar drizzle

Ingredients
6 serving Macintosh Apple 4 tsp Vanilla Extract 3 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 1.5 cup Butter, unsalted 1 tsp Salt 2 cup Granulated Sugar 3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .5 cup, packed Brown Sugar 1 fl oz Milk, canned, evaporated .25 cup Butter, unsalted
Directions
Mix butter and sugar together. Beat in eggs one at a time. Mix soda, salt and flour together. Put vanilla, apples in oil mixture then fold in flour mixture. Makes a very thick batter.

Greese and flour tube pan. Pour in batter and bake 1 hour 15 min if in a bundt cake. Or 1 hour in 13x9 pan at 350 degrees

Coating
Take the brown sugar, evaporated milk and butter. Boil to for a thick sauce. Stir constantly. Pour over warm cake.
