Ingredients
*Apple Juice*Any other juices work, but the nutrition facts might change
Directions
Take 1 cup of apple juice and pour them into ice cube trays. Put them in the freezer. After about 10- 20 minutes put toothpicks into the middle. If they fall down that means they need to freeze for a little longer. Keep in the freezer until completely frozen. Then you can snack on them all day and not worry about calories!
