Ingredients
3.5 oz Beef, top sirloin 1 clove Garlic 15 mL Lemon Juice .5 tbsp Vinegar Apple Cidar, Organic Raw Unfiltered, Bragg .25 tsp Cumin - ground (1 tsp) (by INFORM555) .5 tsp Oregano, ground .25 tsp Cardamom, ground .25 tsp Nutmeg, ground 0.25 tsp Black Pepper (Ground) (by TIARENEE) .125 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne 1 tsp Ginger Root .25 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Directions
Combine all ingredients except sirloin in a zip lock bag. Cut beef into chunks that are 2 " long and 2/3 " thick. Marinade over-night.
When ready to cook preheat oven to 325 degrees. Add meat to a small baking dish with half of the excess marinade from the bag. Cover the dish with foil. Bake 20-30 minutes or until done.
