3.5 lb Beef chuck, arm pot roast 32 fl oz Red Wine 2 serving Pacific Natural Foods Beef Broth, 1 cup 4 1tsp Olive Oil
Directions
brown meat, add wine and broth, season, braise in 350 oven for four hours
