Cheese Pizza (low fat/low calorie)

Ingredients
Water, warm 3/4 cup Yeast, bakers, 3 tspSugar, 1/2 tsp *Flour, white, 3 cupsSalt, 1/2 tsp.Four Cheese Spaghetti Sauce, 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 1 cup Garlic powder, 1/4 tsp.
Directions
Put warm water into glass bowl, add sugar and yeast. Gently stir with wooden or plastic spoon. Let yeast mixture sit until it rises and approximately doubles in size (5-10 minutes). In a separate bowl mix flour and salt. Add yeast liquid to flour and mix well (I mix mine in the bread machine). Let dough rise until it doubles itself in size. Hit down. Spray pizza pan with cooking spray and pat out dough into it. Spread out spaghetti sauce onto dough, spread out cheese and sprinkle on garlic (optional, I like the slight garlic taste). Preheat oven to 475 degrees. Bake from 10-12 minutes (the high heat of the oven will bake the dough and melt the cheese quick!). Cut into eight pieces and serve.
