Ingredients
0.5 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A0.25 cup Beef Broth - Swanson Low Sodium2.0 serving Great Value Instant Mashed Potatoes (1/3 cup)280.0 Grams Cauliflower, frozen, cooked1.5 serving sour cream - Daisy Light (2 Tbsp)2.0 tbsp Margarine, 70% vegetable oil spread
Directions
Cook cauliflower Add potato flakes, and remaining ingredients, except sour cream. Mash with potato masher. Warm on stove until hot and bubbly. Stir in sour cream.
