450 grams Yams 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 0.35 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened 4 to 5 medjool dates or date paste as desired1 cup plant milk your choice, unsweetened pinch of sea salt1 tbsp Maple Syrup
Bake sweet potatoes until really soft. Remove skins, and blend with other ingredients till really smooth. Chill to serve
