Salmon suprise

Ingredients
3 eggs1 can Pink Salmon2 Tbsp Terriyaki pineapple sauce1 medium Scallion3 tsp gralic2 tsp lime juice1 squeezed tangerine2 tbsp vegetable oil
Directions
Heat vegetable oil and add 2 tsp garlic with scallions. Stir around then add salmon. Break it up and let sit for a few minutes. Add in eggs and mix in. Let the eggs fully cook then add Teriyaki sauce, lime juice, tangerine juice, and 1 tsp of garlic. Stir everything together and let sit for about 5 minutes.

Yields about 6 1/2 cup servings. Serve over rice.
