Honey Cake

Ingredients
4 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 2 cup Granulated Sugar 1 cup Honey 16 fl oz Regular Coffee, brewed from grounds 3 tsp Baking Soda .75 tsp Allspice 3 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp Ginger, ground
Directions
Combine dry ingredients. Mix hot coffee with honey. Add to dry. Mix well by hand. Put into two loaf pans lined with greased parchment paper. Bake at 375 degrees for about one hour.
