Ingredients
3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 4 Tsp Lakanto Monk Fruit Sweetner (by CD17367695) 12 tsp Truvia Natural Sweetener Brown Sugar Blend (by SHEEATS-SHESHRI) 2 cup Kodiak Cakes Power Cakes Protein Packed Buttermilk Pancake Mix (1/2 cup 53g) 28 gram Quest Protein Powder-Vanilla Milkshake 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil8 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and then lower to 375 for baking. Mix wet ingredients first and then incorporate dry ingredients. Pour into muffin pan and bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Serving Size: 1 muffin
