Cucumber and Lemon

1 large Cucumber peeled and sliced1 Lemon2 dashes of Salt
Take one large cucumber and peel it. When you begin slicing it, your slices should be about a quarter inch wide. Layer the slices around a plate. Take your lemon, cut it in half, and squeeze them over the cucumber slices. Take your salt and add about two dashes to your cucumbers. It may take a couple of more dashes to get it just right, it really just depends on you. And walla! Its easy, refreshing, and yummy!
