Ingredients
1 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A 8 oz Simply Orange 100% Orange Juice no pulp (8 oz serving) 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 1 cup, unthawed Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened) 2 tbsp Flax Seed - Hodgson Mill Milled Flax Seed 2 tbsp Peanut Butter, Crunchy - Aldi's Peanut Delight (by GETNFIT4GOD) .5 cup Baby Spinach - Fresh Express (bagged)
Directions
Add milk and OJ first. Then frozen fruit and banana.
Blend on low.
Add the rest.
Blend on high.
(Depending on fruit, you may need to add more liquid.)
