9 oz Schwans Fire Grilled Chicken Breast Fajita Meat 3 cup Frozen Normandy Blend Frozen Vegetables 3 sweet potato, 5" long, coarsely diced1.5 cup Pepper Stir Fry green/red/yellow pepper/onions 1 medium Onions coarsely diced1 cup low sodium chicken broth 2 TBS Apple Cider Vinegar 1 TBS Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle 2 Roma tomatoes, pureed (about 1 cup)
Peel and coarsely dice the sweet potato and onion. Add to the slow cooker. Add the vegetables, chicken broth and pureed tomato. In a separate bowl, blend the vinegar, molasses and seasonings. Pour over the contents of the slow cooker. Set cooker on high for two hours then switch to low for the next six hours.
