1 cup Oatmeal, Quaker Oats, Quick 1 Minute, 1/2 cup dry oats 1 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 Apples, fresh with skin 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 8 tsp Sucralose (like Splenda)
Directions
Dice apple and boil in 2 cups water.
Add 1 cup oatmeal.
Add 1 tsp cinnamon and Splenda to taste
