PB Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
Natural Peanut Butter (2 T)Soy Milk (1 C)Banana (1 medium), broken into pieces.
Directions
Simply put it all in a blender and blend away! I sometimes add a couple of cubes of ice to make it colder - and if I have an intense work out I will add whey protein mix to help my muscles!

Makes one serving - Enjoy!
