Ingredients
10 cup, mashed Pumpkin, cooked 5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 6 clove Garlic 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp Nutmeg, ground 1 tbsp Coriander leaf, dried .5 tsp Turmeric, ground 2 tbsp Almond Butter 3 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Potato Starch 1 tbsp Pepper, black 1 tbsp saltWater 16 cups of water
Directions
Roast veggies including sliced pumpkin. Sauté fresh herbs in olive oil. Add water and potato starch and blend until smooth. Cook on stove top for 1hour. Serving Size: Makes 14 2-cup servings
