Homemade Idli

Ingredients
1.5 cup Urad Dal 0.5 serving RICE - Uncle Ben's ready rice basmati 1 cup 1 tbsp Sunflower Oil 1 tsp Salt
Directions
Soak the grains for 30 mins. Grind without the water. Warm the oven to 150 degrees and turn it off. Take the grinded batter in a bowl and add some warm water to it to make a thick paste. Add the oil. Cover up and keep in the warm oven for 7-8 hours. Once the batter is fluffed up after 7 hours, take it out and adjust the consistency by adding more water. Add salt. Greese the idli plates and steam cook for 10 mins in the container.
