Homemade ramen noodles

Ingredients
3.0 cup Flour, white1.0 tsp Salt1.0 tsp Baking Soda2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Mix dry ingredients. Add eggs and water. Mix well. Roll flat, either with rolling pin or pasta machine. Cut into strips. Either freeze immediately or cook immediately. Cooking fresh-about 2 minutes. Frozen-about 4-5 minutes.
