1 tbsp Honey 1.05 tbsp Butter, salted 138 grams Banana, fresh 1 serving Whey Protein (Vanilla 1 scoop) 71 grams Soy Milk 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 50 grams oat flour
Directions
first, mashed 78 grams of banana second, put 5 grams of oat flour and whey protein vanilla(option) 1 scoops then pour 71 grams of soy milk and egg and MIXED! and put butter into the pan and tu can put the ingredients in!
