Chicken Ring

Ingredients
1 can cream of chicken/mushroom soup.5c red pepper, finely chopped2 tbsp. onion, finely chopped6 oz. canned white meat chicken1 c colby jack cheese, shreddedgarlic powder, salt and pepper to taste2 cans crescent rollsOptional: chopped fresh or frozen broccoli, water chestnuts (not figured into nutrional value) My family prefers the broccoli cooked on the side.
Directions
Mix all ingredients until well blended. Take crescent rolls apart and place points out and edges just touching to form a ring (looking like a sun) on ungreased baking sheet or baking stone. Place filling around edge of crescent rolls then fold points in and tuck under to form a ring or wreath. Bake for 30 minutes or until rolls are golden brown and mixture is hot and bubbly
