0.5 lb Beef, round steak 1 cup Beef Broth - Swanson Low Sodium 1 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange) 0.5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 2 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 1 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw 0.05 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 1 tbsp Butter, salted 0.25 tsp Onion powder 0.5 tsp Garlic Salt
Combine the steak with flour, and then melt your butter in the instant pot after pressing sauté. Brown the meat on both sides for three to five minutes per side. Add in remaining ingredients, and select meat/stew. Cook for thirty-five minutes. Use a quick release and drain the liquid away before serving.
