3 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 16 oz Egg Noodles, enriched 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated 0.5 cup Bread, Progresso Bread Crumbs, Garlic and Italian Herb 2 fl. oz Sherry, dry 2 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 1 cup Half and Half Cream 4 cup Swanson Chicken Fat Free Chicken Broth Less Sodium 1 tbsp Butter, unsalted 4 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk 0.25 cup Corn Starch
Cook the chicken and dice it. Cook the egg noodles and drain them. Cook the celery in the butter and then add sherry make sure you cook the alcohol out at least 3 minutes. Add remaining ingredients except mozzarella and bread crumbs. Add salt to taste. Mix in chicken and noodles. Add mixture to baking dish and top with mozzarella and bread crumbs. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
