4 tbsp Coconut Oil 3 serving Egg whole - medium per egg 300 grams Cauliflower, raw 224 gram(s) Maple Leaf Natural Selections black forest ham (by HILDALADY) 2 tbsp Soy sauce (tamari) 1 tsp Hot sauce - Frank's Hot Sauce (by MYGYPSYCAT) 2 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)
Melt coconut oil and fry eggs, remove eggs, melt remaining oil and add cauliflower to the skillet and saute until soft (about 5mins), add eggs and ham until heated through. Add tamari and hot sauce and saute for 1-2 mins. Season with S&P and divide on 2 plates.
