Yummy! It seems like most low-cal syrups are too runny. This is just right. Thanks for the great recipe! I added a bit of Molly McButter. I like it with vanilla instead of mapleine, too. - 1/4/11

I've enjoyed homemade syrup (with sugar) all my life, so the texture isn't at all what I'm accustomed to, but it is just like the texture of store bought pancake syrups. Since my sugar syrup is 194 calories per 1/4-cup and this is only 10 calories, I can get certainly get used to it! ;) - 2/11/12

It's hard to make good home-made maple syrup and I have tried many combinations over the years. This recipe is as good as any and when I made it in the microwave it was super easy. - 6/14/09
