Keto mashed Cauliflower

Ingredients
1 head, large (6-7" dia) Cauliflower, raw 4 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded 2 tbsp Sour Cream 2 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream 2 tbsp Cream Cheese 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Salt 0.5 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
1. Bring large pot of water to a boil. Add cauliflower florets and boil for 5 minutes. Drain well squeezing out excess water.
2. In the bowl of a food, combine all ingredients. You will probably need to do this in batches.
3. Pulse to combine - the longer it is pulsed, the smoother the texture.
