Ingredients
8 oz ground turkey breast - Publix (by ALICEWMS) 4 serving publix mild italian turkey sausage (by KEARNSHD) 0.5 cup Cabot Low Fat Greek Yogurt Plain 0.5 cup Spinach, frozen 0.5 serving Carrot Sticks (baby) 3 oz serving 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 tsp Seasoning - Curry Powder - 1 tsp. = 1 serving (by MIKNMEG) 1 tsp Paparika (by SXYLADYWTN) 1 tsp Ground Cayanne Pepper (by SIRCHRISRR) 1 dash Pepper, black 1 dash Salt 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Garlic Salt
Directions
mix all ingredients. place in a loaf pan. bake at 350 for 45-50 mins
