Ingredients
1 Jello Cook & Serve Vanilla Pudding & Pie Filling 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 4 cup Dairy, Milk - Whole - 1 cup 2 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked 1/4 tsp Cinnamon, ground1/8 tsp Nutmeg, ground
Directions
Beat milk and eggs 2 minutes with a whisk in a large boiler. Stir in rice and bring to a boil stirring constantly. Remove from heat and cool 5 minutes stir every minute. Put in 10 cups or a 1.5 quart container.
