Lemon chicken orzo soup

Ingredients
1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 cup, diced Celery, raw 4 cup Chicken stock unsalted Kitchen Basics Bouquet garni of fresh thyme, rosemary, tarragon, etc as desiredor dried herb blend, bay leaves 16 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), diced or shredded about 2 c1 cup Rice Select Orzo 100% whole wheat pasta 1/3 cup dry equals about 2/3 cup cooked (by CHUCKLES0719) 4 oz baby spinach about ½ bag1/4 cup Lemon Juice zest of one lemon
Directions
saute onions, carrots, celery in a little oil until onions soften.
add herbs and stock, simmer 30 minutes. Add chicken, orzo, spinach and cook per time on orzo instruction about 8-10 minutes. Add lemon juice, zest and a slice of lemon before serving.
