Ingredients
100 Calorie English Muffin1 slice Fat Free American Cheese1/4 cup egg beaters2 slices Extra-lean ham
Directions
Toast english muffin. If you have a toaster oven, place the cheese slice on one toasted half of the english muffin, and ham slices on the other. Close the toaster door ( the cheese will melt and the ham will warm up). Prepare egg substitute according to package directions. Place egg substitute on one half of english muffin, top with the other half, and Enjoy!
