Blackberries, fresh, 3 cup (remove)Splenda, 1 cup*Whole Wheat Flour, 1-2 TBSP (remove)Krusteaz- Wheat & Honey Pancake Mix, 1 cup(remove)*8th Continent Light Vanilla Soy Milk, 1/2 cup(remove)Honey, 1 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Heat oven to 375
spray baking dish with non-stick spray
combine 1/2 cup splenda, mix baking mix with 1/2 cup splenda and milk
Top the berries with the mix
bake for 30 minutes
serve warm
